YouthfulAI is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing

To provide our premium personalized longevity routines, interactive coaching, apparent age analysis, and food nutrition scans, YouthfulAI shares certain user data with a third-party AI provider, specifically the Google Gemini API. We only share this data if you have given explicit consent within the app.

What Data is Sent

• Profile Survey Metrics: Age, gender, weight, height, skin type, skin concerns, hair type, hair concerns, and lifestyle risk factors.
• Photos: Facial selfies uploaded for visual age scanning, and photos of meals uploaded for calorie and macronutrient analysis.
• Chat History: Text messages you send to Coach Jake.

Purpose of Data Transmission

• Generate and dynamically adapt your weekly exercise, sleep, skincare, and nutrition routines.
• Scan selfies to estimate apparent age and provide actionable anti-aging suggestions.
• Estimate nutrition values (calories, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins) from food photos.
• Provide science-backed answers to your custom longevity questions via Coach Jake.

Data Protection & User Control

The Google Gemini API provides the same or equal security and data protection as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your data is encrypted during transmission and is not used to train AI models. We do not store photos permanently on our servers, and we never share your data with third parties for advertising or tracking.

You can grant or revoke this consent at any time inside the app by going to Profile & Settings and toggling Enable AI Coaching & Analysis. If you revoke consent, no further data will be shared, and the app will immediately delete any AI-generated recommendations and revert your routines to local, non-AI templates.

HealthKit Data

Health metrics synced from Apple HealthKit remain strictly on-device. This data is processed locally to calculate your longevity scores and provide personalized recommendations. We do not transmit HealthKit data to external servers.

Billing & Payments

All subscription payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment card details or financial information.

Data Security & Retention

Your name, onboarding answers, and daily tracker progress are stored locally on your device using encrypted sandbox storage. We only retain this data locally to power your personalized dashboard.

Children's Privacy

YouthfulAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
