YouthfulAI is not a medical device. The app is designed for wellness tracking and informational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You must consult with a qualified healthcare professional or doctor before starting any new fitness program, skincare routine, dietary plan, or making any changes to your health regimen based on information from this app.

Subscriptions

YouthfulAI offers subscription-based premium features. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions.

• The Standard Apple EULA applies to all subscription purchases.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Limitation of Liability

YouthfulAI provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions you take based on information provided by the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
